Infinittis first-of-its-kind video search tool is launching in a few months, the company announced Tuesday.
The product will be available for free to consumers who sign up for a free trial and are eligible for the new service.
“With this first launch of our new video search product, we are taking our video search technology to the next level, bringing it into the lives of our customers in an unprecedented way,” Infinitis CEO Richard B. Fenton said in a statement.
“We are proud to offer this new service to our customers at no additional cost, and we are excited to have Infiniteris as one of the first companies in the industry to be a part of this new digital experience.”
Infinitais video search feature will work by comparing search terms that the company says are similar, or will have similar similarities, to videos that are currently on YouTube, Amazon, Google, Apple, Netflix, and Hulu.
The company also says it will search for videos based on the user’s geographic location.
Fence your searches with caution, the firm warns.
While the search will likely improve the user experience for users, it will still be “extremely difficult” to spot an infiniter and can lead to unwanted behavior, the site warns.
Infinitees new video tool will be released in the next few months.
It will be called Infinitaria and will be part of the Infinitus subscription service, according to a blog post.
The infinitor will also be available on the company’s website, in Infinitoria app, and on the Infinitis website.
